Simplified & Demystified Application!

I think falsies are an absolute MUST for photo sessions. And for nights out. And sometimes to the grocery store. Why the heck not, right? If you’ve donned a pair you know how fabulous they make you feel. They kick your look up a hundred notches & take you from everyday beautiful lady to knock out glamor queen! Today I’m going to walk you through the application and share a few simple tips & tricks to get that flawless, lasting application every time.

TIP 1: BUY IN BULK.
Go on amazon or overstock & you can get bulk packs for cray cheap. I got this bulk pack at Walmart (don’t judge me! It was Easter & Target was closed! Wahhh!)
TIP 2: TRIM THEM!
I find that these are way easier to deal with if they’re given a little trim. Naturally your outer lashes are lusher, so it looks more natural & you don’t have to deal with the moisture & movement from your tear duct loosening them up. Did you ever notice that happens? Trim them just slightly, or even in half to make demi-lashes and they will look more natural & stay put all day.
TIP 3: GIVE ‘EM A LITTLE ROLL
Lashes are stiff. That usually is the reason why they always pop up at the ends. Give them a little rolly-poly to soften them up & better shape to your eyelid.

TIP 4: LET THE GLUE DRY FOR 30 SECONDS
Before applying to your eye, give the glue about 25-30 seconds of dry time. This will help the glue reach a tacky consistency  that will bond to your lid easier & stay adhered until YOU decide to remove it.

TIP 5: MIDDLE FIRST
To flawlessly apply; use your tweezers as your means of grasping the falsies & attach to the middle of your of your lash line first. Then adjust the ends to their position along your lash line with your fingers.

TIP 6: USE THE BROAD SIDE OF YOUR TWEEZERS
Finally, turn your tweezers around & use the broad, rounded end to further guide your falsies into your lash line.

TIP 7: THE FINAL TOUCH
Touch up your eyeliner if you need to & finish with mascara.
