Who’s ready for a little crafty crafty time? |Seattle Photographer

She’s Crafty! She gets around! She’s Crafty! She’s always down!
She’s always down for a little DIY, that is.
That’s right folks, anyone who knows me, knows that I am a Martha Stewart lovin’, Hobby Lobby cruisin’, Arts & crafts GEEEEEEK! This is just a little project that anyone could do. I thought I’d share a simple-as-heck step by step to just how I did it! For today’s project boys & girls, we’re making a gold chevron pair of canvases! Every room needs to have some shine to create a layered look, so if your room is lacking in the shine department, this is the craft for you.

Materials:
Masking Tape
Canvas
Martha Stewart’s Liquid Guilding
Paintbrush
Leopard Print Banana Hammock (so you can feel sexy while you craft)

  • Step one:

Tape your canvas with desired pattern. I chose this herringbone-esque large chevron looking pattern. How trendy of me.

  • Step two:

Paint on two coats of your M.Stew Liquid Guild.
