That’s right! In T-2.5 months, Seattle will once again be the place I hang my hat! For the past seven (wow, already SEVEN?!) years, I’ve been either following my military hubby around the country or living with family members or roommates in various states during deployments. This crazy military spouse journey has taken me from Seattle to Oregon to Arizona to North Carolina to Southern California. Wherever I called make-shift home, my heart was always in Seattle, where I met my husband & where most of my closest friends reside.
The end of May is so close, yet so far! I keep telling people I feel like I’m waiting in line at the bank! I’ve been trying my darnedest to stay busy & distracted here in SoCal, but there’s only so much I can do! I keep finding myself browsing zillow homes & rentals on craigslist.
You might notice my blog headers are now reading “seattle portrait photographer” instead of southern california portrait photographer. This is because I’m trying to make it easier for my future Seattle clients to find me! So smart, right? Like omg.
Get ready for me Seattle! I can’t wait to find a pod of photographer friends to integrate myself into! Signing off with a skyline image I found on Deviant Art! (In a few months I’ll have TONS of my OWN skyline images, but for now I had to borrow one. It’s mighty fine one, too.
