This year was my little sweetheart’s first year trick or treating & picking out his own costume. He is only 19 months, but is quite opinionated & knows what he likes & doesn’t like! Kind of like someone else I know…
The day before Halloween, I took him out for some formal photos. But on the day of halloween, I made the decision to leave my camera at home so I could be more present in the moment with my little family. I did manage to snap a few instagram pictures, though!
We spent the evening at the Thursday Night Sunset Market in Oceanside California. We trick or treated shops & vendor stands. It was great to get acquainted with our community & hilarious to watch my little guy run around in his costume.

The first few photos are on Hallows Eve EVE & the instagrams are of me & my pookie out on the town dressed as Minnie & Mickey! A close up of my Minnie makeup (yes I’m a total make-up girl!) & how I ended the night. The way it should always end on October 31st. With Hocus Pocus, of course!
